Pros: Many times I chose to stay in Residential Chafariz, location is very good, stuff are friendly and helpful specialy Cristina in reception Rooms, bathrooms are clean, bed is comfortable, I highly recommend it

Pros: Super place in Funchal center. Room is simple, but enough for simple stay (sleep, shower, store the luggage, to have a roof above the head if it's raining). The room was cleaned and serviced every day

Cons: Bed was not very comfortable, but it's not the main thing... There is no sound insulation to corridor - I heard all neighbors who came back to their room, what they were talking, how threw the keys on the floor several times, so the sleep was ruined!

It does “cheap hotel” well in a great location

Pros: Comfortable beds, clean rooms, water is hot, WiFi is fast, reception smile and greet you

Cons: It’s central and the walls aren’t thick so bring ear plugs (I did)

Clean, comfortable, great location

Pros: Location is very convenient. It is in the center, very close to the sea side and there are many cafes & shops around. Also it is a very clean place.

Cons: The doors are very old and you could basically hear everything from the corridor and reception.

Pros: Absolutely incredible stay. Cristina was very welcoming at the reception and very helpful during my stay.Staff are really friendly.Room was clean, bed was comfortable but the view from my room was fantastic!Everything is in walking distance, perfect location!I had a fabulous week here. Thank you!
