Quiet and relaxing accommodation and WARM

Pros: Sunny garden area with great views of the city . Nicely furnished and near supermarket and bus stop into town

Cons: Would have been nice to find a bar for evening drinks

Pros: The property is easily reachable by car and not very far from the city centre, and the view from the room with balcony is absolutely beautiful.

Cons: Sound insulation is not the best, if you speak quite loudly the neighbours will definitely hear you.

A lovely, tranquil boutique hotel with beautiful surroundings and excellent service — ideal for a relaxing getaway.

Pros: The hotel was beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The gardens and views were stunning, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the adults-only atmosphere made it especially relaxing. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect for a quiet stay while still being close to Funchal.

Amazing room with a great view

Pros: Great place to stay with amazing light and views. The staff is very accommodating, especially with early check-in. The kitchenette is well equipped, and the moka coffee pot was a lifesaver for making breakfast.

Pros: Lovely, quiet and clean. Paulo was very helpful , the area was convenient and the apartment was beautiful.

Pros: it’s at a perfect location just an 8 mins drive from the city center. Host was really friendly and also gave us options on where to eat and go etc.

Great hosts, great weather, great food, great holiday

Pros: Paulo was incredibly friendly and helpful. He had lots of recommendations and helped organise activities for us. The room was lovely, nicely decorated and well kept. The balcony had a great view and plenty of sun.

Cons: If I was being picky, there wasn't much privacy between the three joined balconies. That's a small issue in a sea of great things though.

Near the center with a very nice view of the city

Pros: The view was incredible, the accommodation was clean and location is great if you have a scooter or car. There are also buses nearby. There is also everything you need to cook at home, which is nice.

Cons: It’s a bit hot in the room (in summer), with the window open it’s great but then we hear scooters/cars passing by.
