Good value booking, very cosy stay

Pros: Very convenient location. Really good view from the balcony. Shame about the lack of restaurants available close by.

Cons: Coffee machine kept failing. Owner was very helpful in providing a new one but, sadly, that worked even worse than the initial one

Close to airport and funchal city

Pros: close to everything. had a nice view of mountain and ocean. comfortable bed and comfortable apartment. kitchen was equipped to cook meals. even had a laundry machine!

Cons: did not have AC. had to walk up 2 floors with luggage for the apartment.

Amazing and clean apartment to stay with family

Pros: Fantastic safe location . Easy walking distance into Funchal . The view was amazing. Very clean and tidy. The apartment smelt nice . Kitchen had everything we needed. ( no oven ) washing machine was very handy. Handy electric hob. Two great seating areas .

Cons: We could hear traffic and dogs barking but this didn’t spoil our stay and know the owner wouldn’t be able to change this .

Well equipped apartment with good location

Pros: A complete apartment equipped with everything necessary. You can stay there like in your own flat. There are two terraces to use. The view on the ocean is excellent. To get downtown takes ca. 45 minutes on foot but there stops of relevant bus lines in the vicinity.

Cons: The parking possibilities could be better but we could solve it without a significant problem not more than 200 meters far from the house.

Ideal location, and lovely views

Pros: Lovely view of the ocean, banana plantations and funchal. Ideally located next to the highway which makes day trips to other parts of the island easier.l and also has free street parking. Apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, some useful ingredients in the kitchen. We also booked very advance with discount. We loved the local restaurant Pilar Das Refeições.

Cons: Nothing to mention.

Pros: Nice and helpful staff, the flat was clean in a good location, reachable by bus, shopping centre nearby. The flat is well equipped, there is a nice and large balcony.

Cons: Everything was fine

Really enjoyed our stay, lovely getting back to the house, sitting on the balcony, admiring the view

Pros: Better than expected, clean, very well equipped, superb view, comfortable. Hosts welcoming and very pleasant. Location, for us, was ideal. Easy to get to city centre by bus, a short 10 minute walk to bus stops.

Cons: A bigger sieve for pasta and rice :)

Pros: Perfect location, easy transition to everywhere in the island, easy parking a car on the surroundings streets. Clean, big, comfortable and sufficiently eqiupped appartment. Wonderful view from the terrace - perfect for morning coffee/tea time or evening drinks. Near to the Restaurant Pilar with very tasty food which can be bought by weight and taken away for good price.

Cons: Nothing can be reproached!
