Sweet Home Madeira

Pros: A beautiful new house with new furniture and bathroom fixtures. Parking in front of the house with access through a gate that opens with a remote control. Two bathrooms, beautiful hall. Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board in the basement.

Cons: The house is located right next to the road, which the bedroom windows overlook. Traffic is not heavy, but it is not possible to sleep with the windows open. Since the house is on a hill, the temperature is 5 degrees lower than on the coast (around +16 in early November), but there is air conditioning. Some of the cookware, such as the frying pan, needs to be replaced.

Very good base to trip around island

Pros: Comfortable and clean house, well equipped, secured parking space, good contact with hosts, bus communication but recommend hire a car. Two vretu good bar/restaurant in 2 min walk distance and one local exceptional restaurant 5min drive 40min walk up hill).very good base to trips around Madeira

Cons: Local microclimat colder and wetter than down at shore line ( not much sunshine up there in October)

Great stay! Perfect location, quiet, clean, with free parking.

Pros: We really loved the place, it was amazing! The location is perfect if you want to explore the whole island, as it’s situated on a hill, just 20 minutes from the center and 20 minutes from the airport. Most importantly, it was very quiet, had free parking, and was clean!

Cons: Since it’s surrounded by nature, it would have been helpful to have a screen on the bathroom window to keep out the mosquitoes!

Treasure of the island!

Pros: We stayed as a family with two children. Everything was just perfect and even more. House is freshly renovated and everything inside is new, very clean. Contact with the owner is outstanding, we did get all the answers to our questions immediately. Location of the house aslo is great, 15 min to airport and 20 min to Funchal. Nearby restaurant makes wonderful meals at a very affordable price. All around one of the best experiences we had! Definitely must book if it’s still available!

Pleasure to stay in this house. Very good value for money. Highly recommend!

Pros: House is newly renovated, large enough, fresh, spotless clean, stylish, has all what you need for the long stay (fully equipped kitchen, washing and drying machine, 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, even mats for yoga if you need). Property has the private parking space for 2 cars. Located on the mountain, high, with the nice view. Place is silent. Opposite to the house is a bus stop as well. Not far from the Camacha, 15 min drive to airport, capital of the iseland Funchal, Santa Cruz, Machiko sandy beach, Canico. Some nice bars are just behind the corner. We haven't any problem to access location by car. 2 big supermarkets Pingo Doce and Continent are in 5 min drive. Hosts, Clara and Alex are very helpful, friendly and very nice people, helped us with the all questions. Would like to stay here again.

Świetny wybór na bazę noclegową

Pros: Dom miał wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, dwie łazienki, przestrzeń, ciszę poza miastem, ręczniki w wystarczającej ilości, suszarkę, pralkę, ekspres, świetna lokalizację i dobry kontakt z właścicielami. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Polecam wszystkim.

Pros: Przestronne mieszkanie z dwoma łazienkami, dobrze wyposażonym aneksem kuchennym i spokojną okolicą - w pobliżu jest bar w którym serwują lokalną ponchę :)

Cons: Autobusy jeżdżą bardzo rzadko więc najlepiej mieć wypożyczone auto.

בית מהמם, אהבנו ממש

Pros: בית כל כך חמוד ויפה. נוח, נעים, מעוצב טוב, נקי מאוד, מרווח, מאובזר טוב. גינה פורחת מטופחת ויפהפייה. מארחת זמינה וידידותית. חניה נוחה שנפתחת עם שלט. המיקום על הכביש אבל הרעש לא הפריע והיה מאוד נוח להכנס ולצאת. המיקום כפרי אבל ישנן 2 מסעדות מעולות ממש במרחק הליכה של דקה-שתיים.

Cons: חסר ווים לתליה. כל כך מתבקש להוסיף ווים למעילים בכניסה, במיוחד שיש אחלה קיר עם מקום בשבילם. אין ווים גם בחדרי מקלחת, כדאי מאוד להוסיף
