Pros: Excellent location in the heart of the city, close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and all sights within walking distance. Beautifully decorated house with all amenities. Ligia is an exceptional host. This truly felt like a home away from home.

Lovely place to stay in Funchal

Pros: A lovely place to stay, very clean and a lovely helpful host. The location was close to the centre and all the amenities but also quiet at night.

Pros: The house is located right at the center with everything (shops, restaurants, attractions, etc) in a walking distance. Yet it's quiet at night. Ligia, the landlady is very nice and helpful.

Cons: The bathroom on the top floor is a little bit small

Pros: We loved the location, spaciousness, and cleanliness of the apartment. It’s perfectly situated in the city center, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. A great choice for a group of friends or a family.

Pros: Perfekt place to stay. In the middle of everything.

Pros: The host was really friendly and helpful. She welcomed us at our arrival and helped us with parking in the best parking garage nearby.

Cons: Nog big things. Just some little things in the kitchen such as a good knife would be nice. But everything else was available and fine.

A comfortable place to stay in the centre of Funchal.

Pros: The house is very clean. All the rooms have ensuite bathroom. It has a washing machine and a dryer. It is located in the centre of the old town. Surrounded by shops and restaurants.

Cons: No mirror in the bathroom on the top floor.

Pros: Very nice apartments, spacious, in good condition. They are located in the very center of Funchal, but there is no noise at night. Everything you need is within walking distance. Ligia was always in touch and ready to help. I recommend

Fabulous host and property

Pros: Location perfect on a little street, pedestrians only during the day so many lovely restaurants could have their seating outside Beautiful rooftop patio which we enjoyed; great view of the lights on the hills behind the town. We could hear the lively chatter of folks on the street during shopping hours but the nights were very quiet.

Cons: I can't think of anything which needs to change- would love to return.

Pros: It is in a central location on a pedestrian street, bustling during the day but extremely quiet at night.

Cons: Nothing really, though there are three flights of stairs to access the outside terrace.
