Pros: Very smooth and hassle-free booking. Excellent self check-in instructions, clear and well described. Despite the central location, finding parking on nearby streets was not an issue. The place had everything I needed and was perfect for a short stay before departure - a comfortable base after trekking and exploring Madeira, with easy access to the city for last-minute shopping.

Nice stay
Pros: The apartment is specious ,well located-it is 7mins walk from the city centre (on very steep hill ) -so if you don’t mind a bit of excise 😊I appreciated the coffee espresso machine,good quality hair drier and good matrace
Cons: Unfortunately there is a big construction right in front of the building-I booked this apartment because of the sea view from the balcony ,which wasn’t possible to enjoy ,plus it was very noisy :(I know that property owners aren’t responsible of it ,but the pic and info on booking should be updated

Very nice value for money. Really nice view. Quite calm.
Pros: The Nice view of the ocean. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and calm.
Cons: Lack of staff. Hard to Get inside but apparently possible. Hard to reach from the center as the property is located on the quite Steep slope.

Pros: Großzügig geschnittenes Appartement. Schöner Ausblick über die Dächer aufs Meer. Sehr nette Zimmermädchen. Nachts war es zum Glück trotz der zentralen Lage angenehm ruhig, so dass ich ohne Ohropax gut schlafen konnte. Gute Lage, da man schnell Einkäufe erledigen oder zum Hafen laufen konnte. Ebenso komnte man gut bergauf spazieren und schöne Wohnsiedlungen entdecken. Eigener Balkon, auf dem ich Sonne tanken konnte. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank vorhanden. Schöne Einrichtung...
Cons: Da mein Zimmer auf die befahrene Straßenseite schaute, war es tagsüber recht laut (sehr viele Autos, die wegen einer Baustellensperre umgeleitet wurden, fuhren vor meinem Appartement vorbei) und durch die Abgase manchmal etwas stickig, wenn man die Fenster öffnete. Leider auch etwas Baustellenlärm, da die Nebenstraße beackert und die angrenzende renoviert wurde, aber ich bin dann um die Hauptarbeitszeit der Arbeiter unterwegs gewesen

Perfect!
Pros: Prachtige villa! Alles is gewoon binnen wandelafstand, centrum Funchal, de haven, ontelbare winkels en eetgelegenheden, kortom: toplocatie! Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig, het is er proper en je kan het personeel vlot bereiken via WhatsApp. Leuke toevoeging zijn de hagedissen die volop aanwezig zijn in de tuin wanneer de zon schijnt.
Cons: Niets.

Pros: Myslím si, že poměr cena/výkon naprosto adekvátní. Zaujal mě self check-in. Byl velmi jednoduchý. Pobyt byl velmi příjemný.
Cons: Vše v pořádku až na dle mého zanedbatelné nedostatky… některé věci jsou už trochu starší a občas byl slyšet hluk…

Pros: Комунікація з власником. Чіткі і зрозумілі інструкції по заселенню. Завжди було місце для авто.
Cons: Шумоізоляція, відсутність базових речей(готельні тапочки, шампунь)

Buena ubicación y cómodo
Pros: Lo mejor la ubicación, para pasear por Funchal e ir a cenar todos los días. También destaco la opción de lavandería gratis, muy cómodo ya que con las rutas te llenas de barro. También agradezco el secador y la TV con netflix, primevideo… Se agradece un montón que haya nevera y kettle y cafetera. Se podía aparcar en la propia puerta. El sistema de llaves también cómodo para hacer el auto checkin
Cons: Mi habitación no contaba con cocina, solo con kettle y cafetera, a tener en cuenta si pensabais cocinar algún día en el alojamiento. Lo peor la ducha, ya que no tiene nada de presión y hasta que salía caliente había que esperar bastante. Tampoco incluía gel ni champú.
