Excellent as always

Pros: Good location. Off the noisy main road. Gentle downhill walk into town, uphill on the way back. Victor and Claudia on reception friendly and helpful Micro kitchen has everything that you could need. Room reasonable size, nice balconies. Bath with over shower

Madeira is all about exploring, but the hotel contributed for the great stay

Pros: - excellent location - view to the ocean - the kitchenette - they allow pets to stay for additional 20 euros per night and 200 euros deposit - there is parking for 5 euros a day. However, it is small and parking is not very easy - big room and big terrace - there is roof top pool

Cons: It might get a bit loud outside even with closed windows but we were on the first floor.

Perfect whilst economical place to stay.

Pros: We had a lovely view from our sunny balcony and the location the perfect distance from the city centre.

Cons: The kitchen was a little in the small side, but had the essentials. There were quite a lot of tiny ants in our room. However it didn’t affect our stay.

Pros: big size room Once we visited Bernini Italian Restaurant. Very tasty food. Pool on the roof is great. Location (bus, Airbus, Hop-on stops; bars, cafe, parks etc.) in the small food store right near hotel You can get everything: water, eggs, vine, jam, fructs & vegetables, cheese etc.

Cons: we have ocean view balcony (room 208), but it was little noisy on night (with open balcony door)

It was a wonderful experience

Pros: The hotel was a great choice – the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The location was excellent: within a short walking distance of the city center, nearby restaurants, a local convenience store, and a bus stops, making it easy to explore the city and other parts of the island. The breakfast was repetitive, which might be a minor downside for a longer stay, but it was still good value for money. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience.
