Good value and convenient

Pros: It was near the port and had everything we needed. The young lady on reception was lovely and nothing was too much.

Cons: There was a lot of noise at night with cars racing on the road. It was a shame as there was a sizeable balcony in which we couldn’t use

Excellent location and nice added perks!

Pros: Excellent location The use of the adjacent hotel was amazing added value Serviced apartments right in the centre of Funchal

Cons: The parking situation should definitely be clarified. They seem to suggest on booking.com that use of the adjacent hotel facilities are free, and parking is available at the hotel, but are not forthcoming with the charge of €15 per day to park at the hotel. This I only found out after booking buried deep in the questions asked by a guest, and they only replied to confirm this 2 days later. It should be made much clearer that whilst parking is available at the nearby hotel, it is paid for and not an insignificant amount The balcony was a lovely touch but the road is pretty noisy and our door to the balcony also did not shut properly

Perfect location and superb hospitality

Pros: Nice comfortable room, perfect location and the access to the nearby hotel’s facilities was a huge bonus for our family. If you are looking for something with a heated pool - the indoor pool is heated. 👍🏻

Pros: The staff was very hospitable, the room was spacious

Cons: One of the doors from the kitchenette was broken and dangled on its hinge. The wallpapers is a bit weird that is personal taste though.

Pros: Very nice, new hotel, possibility to use spa facilities at Pestana Casino next door. Good location. Breakfast very good quality, staf friendly and helpful

Pros: Everything was pefect, thank you. The location is great. The only request: in a room without a balcony, please put something on which to dry a swimsuit after the pool. And so everything is great. We rested for the first time in the hotel of the Pestana chain and will continue to choose and recommend it.

Fantastic place to stay in Funchal

Pros: Great place to stay in the perfect location. Added bonus of being able to use all the pools at the hotel. Great, friendly staff - very helpful. Overall a great place to stay
