Perfect location in Funchal

Pros: Great location as it's in downtown. shopping street and big grocery (pingo Doce) couple of minutes walk away. The bed is comfortable. There is a washing machine and diswasher also airconditioner. Hot water comes from local boiler so temperature may drop of you wish to take shower for a long time, but with small awareness would be even enough for three, or wait for a while till it heats up again. There is a patisery in the opposite side of the road, but opens late and closes early so doesn't disturb much.

Perfect spacious new apartment in the old centre!

Pros: Great location, lovely spacious apartment in the middle of the old town.

Cons: I loved everything, the only thing that can be an challenge is to park the car. There is underground parking garage 10min walk from the apartment. If you don’t mind the walk than this is the perfect place to stay☺️

Pros: We loved the apartment’s central location, situated on the corner of two pedestrian streets, in the centre of Funchal. The apartment was a short walk to the seaside promenade along the marina and to many wonderful historical attractions in the old town, amongst an abundance of restaurants, cafes and charming squares. Although centrally located, the apartment was surprisingly quiet at night, and the double glazed windows and blinds provided us with a comfortable and restful sleep. We found the apartment was well equipped with all amenities and we enjoyed a wonderful stay.

Good and modern flat in centre

Pros: Good and modern flat. Kitchen very well equipped for cooking at home. The location was very good, in center, easy to go shopping for food We can recommend

Cons: Communication with administration could sometimes be very slow. The stairs narrow and steep, a little difficult with a heavy suitcase We could wish the bed to be a little bigger

Well located & nicely equipped flat in the center

Pros: Well equipped flat, with modern style. Location was very convenient. We would come back again if staying in Funchal. The check in & checkout was seamless (with key box). Decent WiFi.

Cons: Sound isolation is a bit weak (you can hear neighbours sometimes and random noises from the street)
