A gem in the heart of Funchal

Pros: Beautiful apartment equipped with everything you need in central Madeira. Myself & wife stayed here for 5 nights over New Years celebrations & absolutely loved it! Really central to everything yet still quiet for a good nights rest. Rosa was easy to communicate with by what’s app upon our arrival. Overall a really central cosy pad.

Cons: The lock system at the door can be a little bit temperamental but once we got the hang of it, it wasn’t an issue.

Pros: The location is very good 👍.. For cooking you find everything you need. One of the best ever. Spacious apartment with separate bedroom. You are nearby shopping, restaurants and beach boulevard.

Cons: The information language was partly Portuguese, German and English? Somewhat noisy small street, peaceful at night. The staircase has got mold odour but not the apartment. We asked for a sink stopper for washing the dishes because there isn't any washing machine.. Was not delivered. Be careful when booking, only rooftop apartment has got a balcony.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Funchal!

Pros: We received very clear and helpful instructions before our arrival, which made everything super easy. The key system is fantastic, you just download an app, and the door opens automatically as soon as you arrive at the building. The location was absolutely top-notch for us, right in the middle of the historic part of Funchal. Everything is within walking distance (shops, restaurants, and supermarkets) and there’s even a bus stop right across the street. We stayed in the apartment with the roof terrace, which is definitely worth it! The views are amazing, and it’s the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast in the sun. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could need, and we truly felt at home. We will definitely come back here!

Cons: The bed was a tad small for us, but that is the only thing.
