Pros: pool, jacuzzi, location with amazing view, portable heater in the room

Cons: 18 degrees celsius in the room during the night, maybe thicker blankets for winter? temperature is fine just additional or thicker blankets would solve it

Pros: The staff is perfect and friendly. Lots of parking spaces and good location near to hike paths.

Exceptional!!!

Pros: The photos and description on Booking.com do not do this place justice! It is a beautiful old building with three jacuzzis and a pool high, high, on the roof with incredible views of the mountains! The food in the restaruant is perfect too and the staff very helpful. It is a short drive outside of Santana - but totally worth it!

Cons: Only the smell of air freshener in the room - but I found this everywhere in Madeira!!!

Great stay!

Pros: Very nice room, simple but functional. It has all you need! The breakfast is good and can be enjoyed in the terrace of the restaurant with a beautiful view. All the staff is very nice and welcoming! We particularly enjoyed the view and the top floor outdoors jacuzzi to relax.

Amazing views & friendly staff

Pros: The people are very friendly, the views are phenomenal & the jacuzzi /games downstairs is so amazing. The smell in the bathroom is indeed really bad - but i had the same smell at different places in madeira(not this bad), so maybe its a bigger problem.
