Amazing house surrounded by beautiful gardens

Pros: Outstanding location, very private, very quiet, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The house was warm, the two electric heaters were effective and we also used the log burner (€35 for the week, in cash, excellent value). Good, hot shower and a bathtub. We cooked and found the kitchen well equipped. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The directions to the house on WhatsApp were very clear, and the host responded quickly, helpful and friendly to our questions via WhatsApp. We loved staying at Levadinha and hope to come back soon. Thank you Sofia and team!

Cons: Everything was perfect

Cosy and quite cottage.

Pros: This cosy cottage exudes a peaceful atmosphere. It’s quiet yet well-connected, and you might even spot peacocks roaming around.

Cons: This kitchen includes only very basic equipment. Using the fireplace is not included in the price.

Paradise

Pros: The house is located in the forest as part of a very beautiful and well-kept complex. A spacious house with lots of privacy, equipped with everything you need, with a large lawn for relaxing. Communication with the hostess via WhatsApp is very easy and fast. All requests were answered very quickly. The name of the place describes the atmosphere. The area is convenient for trips in all directions, there are also several recommended restaurants near the place.

Amazing place!

Pros: Its located perfect. You are still not far away from Funchal and in the same time you can fell the nature of Madeira. It was very clean with all the stuf that you need.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Evertyhing was perfect, all the people there afre really nice and helpful in many ways. Servcice is top and the fresh bread and wine are amazing

A peaceful, family-friendly oasis with character, comfort, and peacocks!

Pros: An incredible place for a family getaway! We stayed with our kids and rented two houses — everything was just perfect. The houses are cozy, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The property is spacious, green, and beautifully maintained, with peaceful surroundings and stunning views. A special highlight: the peacocks! Several of them live on the grounds and occasionally come to “visit” — our children were absolutely delighted. This is a great spot for several families or a big group looking to relax in nature without sacrificing comfort. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Thank you for such a warm stay — we’ll definitely be back!

Pros: The location is just great, in the middle of nature.

Cons: I think in the bathroom should be repaired or replaced some elements, it is quite old.

If you want to hide away from busy life for a few days this is the perfect place to go!

Pros: The small cottage has everything you need, it is out of traffic and the area is breathtaking! You can easily get here on the local bus, you don't need to hire a car!

Cons: I loved it!

Pros: What a lovely place! A paradise on earth....little cottage in the middle of nature and very close to Funchal...only 17 minutes drive. Handmade bread was waiting us when mw arrived.

Cons: I think at sime point we needed a microwave but we managed with the stove
