Pros: The house is well furnished and well equiped with everything you might need in the kitchen and elsewhere. The terrace is excellent, offering an awesome view over the city. You can park in the private driveway, provided the car is small enough. After a few days, we truly felt at home.
Cons: The duvet cover appears to be made of synthetic material and can make you feel uncomfortably warm at night.

100% recommender, amazing price/quality
Pros: The view from the terrace, the terrace itself, the beds and pillows (really comfortable), the quiet area (useful if you come by car and you need to practice driving in Madeira), the location, the supermarket and gas station open 7/7 until 10 pm less then a km away. It is also close to the highway (but not so much for it to be an issue), which is extremely convenient. Honestly, I completely recommend it.
Cons: Everything was perfect! If I really have to find a small issue is the entrance gate, a bit difficult to open/close under the rain. Luckily, 98% of the time you will be able to park outside if it is raining and you feel lazy

Ubytování předčilo naše očekávání.
Pros: The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and tidy. The terrace with a view of Funchal was amazing, and every room was well-prepared. The kitchen was also well-equipped. The environment was quiet and pleasant without much noise, and there was a nearby shop for food. Communication with the provider was very pleasant and quick. Everything was done via WhatsApp, and it was possible to write or call – in both cases, the communication was excellent. We are very satisfied with the accommodation and highly recommend it.

Pros: Very nice house with an amazing view! There was all we needed. We had very good time in here :) I can only reccomend!
Cons: We found quite difficult to get to the yard with a car so we had to park on the street. The second bathroom was really small.

Cons: Vienā no istabām pietrūka skapis, kur novietot drēbes, bet bija plaukts kur novietot sīkākas lietas.

Pros: Te secador de cabells i tots els detalls per una bona estada. Cuina molt ben equipada. Detalls en tot. Tovalloles bany, lectura sobre Madeira, jocs taula.
Cons: Un dels llits grinyolava i era dur. Tota la resta, molt bé.

Expectativas cumpridas!
Pros: Apartamento com todas as comodidades essenciais, limpo e bem cuidado, correspondendo ao que transmitem nas fotografias. Bom espaço exterior, excelente vista do terraço e o lugar para estacionamento privado é extremamente útil.
Cons: Creio que seria importante haver um WC no rés do chão que servisse a zona da sala, cozinha e terraço, e também deixo a sugestão de equacionarem a colocação de uma máquina de lavar loiça, pois neste caso como eramos 6 pessoas, seria mais prático do que estar a lavar a loiça manualmente a cada refeição.

Le Chale Funchal est un lieu idéal pour découvrir Madère et sa capitale Funchal. Vue mer et ville.
Pros: La localisation proche des grandes voies de communication vers les différents points de Madère, la terrasse avec la vue sur Funchal et la mer, les bus à proximité, la possibilité de garer un véhicule dans la propriété, la propreté, l'équipement des différentes pièces, les 2 salles de bain, la grandeur de la maison. Gentillesse des propriétaires, joignables si besoin.
Cons: Les moustiques le soir sur la terrasse comme partout à Madère (avec du sprays ou des répulsifs, ça va).
