Would definitely recommend.

Pros: Great location, within walking distance of the marina and mall as well as other points of interest. Bedroom was nice and the attached single room was good, comfortable. Fans were provided to beat the heat, there was a private rooftop terrace with a view of the hills which we enjoyed.

Cons: There was a cockroach in the toilet. Other than that, no complaints or issues. Lovely little place.

Pros: Excellent location, super terrace, small but very well equipped kitchen, interesting structure of the house, communicative host, cheap parking facility nearby.

Great place for a short/medium stay

Pros: Location was great and parking around was not hard to find. Roof top terrace really nice! Supermarket and Pharmacy 2min walking Communication with the host was perfect and he did everything to improve our experience even getting us a blender

Cons: Not having air conditioning but it does have a little air vent equipment which did help

Great accommodation

Pros: Great accommodation, very close to the center. LaVie shopping center and Marina are just a few minutes' walk away. The apartments are simple but perfectly clean. The kitchen is very comfortable, but salt, pepper, etc. you need to have your own. Comfortable bed, good terrace with a view of the island. The apartment is over 3 floors connected by a narrow staircase. It's really not a problem for those who don't have movement problems. We recommend!

Pros: Це помешкання дуже сподобалося, чисто, комфортно, на кухні є все необхідне, полотенця, постіль все чисте, тераса просто чудо. Поряд торговий центр, автовокзал

Pros: La proximité du centre ville. Quartier calme Bonne réactivité du propriétaire qui nous a proposé le Taxi direct à l'aéroport. C'était parfait

Empfehlenswert. Alles, was wir in Funchal sehen wollten, lag in Fußnähe.

Pros: Die Lage war prima, die Dachterrasse super und der Host immer blitzschnell zu erreichen und hilfreich. Wir mögen es gern ein wenig ungewöhnlich, daher passte uns auch die Architektur des schmalen Häuschens mit den engen, steilen Treppen.

Cons: Es fehlt in der Beschreibung ein Hinweis darauf, dass das Einzelzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist, sowie darauf, dass das Haus für Menschen mit Geheinschränkung oder Adipositas nicht zu empfehlen ist.
