Really good

Pros: The breakfast was OK, the location is perfect, maybe the best place on the island. 2 volunteers were really nice.

Cons: If you didn't pay for the breakfast because you wanted to have yours you couldn't use the kitchen. The younger lady was really kind, the older wasn't.

Am I in Paradise already

Pros: It's a very quiet place in the off season time. Very pleasant, helpful people working there. Very nice long sandy beach, actually quite often swimmable water and a hidden gem Zimbralinho beach that can be reached either by bike or even by foot. Probably the best place that I have worked from.

Cons: I could have been more social from the beginning. When there are a lot of people, it's a different place, different vibe, different type of fun, I guess. Not every evening is a super nice sunset in Calheta.

Pros: The location is good: not in the town center, but right in front of the beach, which is a big plus. The breakfast was very good and the room was comfortable.

AWESOME place with the BEST manager!

Pros: The service here was simply exceptional: when a taxi was late to collect us for an excursion, the manager here took us in her own vehicle to ensure we made it on time! Beyond this the place is lovely, very clean and situated perfectly for a beach chill-out stay!

Pros: Manager Sofia and the staff are welcoming and helpful with everything. It was my first ever stay at the dormitory hostel and I was feeling a bit concerned about , how all this experience is going to go, but it was fantastic and I would definitely choose to stay here again. Super clean, smells wonderful , hairdryer /shampoo available, interior also super Cousy and with a great style and comfort! Very relaxed atmosphere, this is exactly what I was looking for . At 23:00 starts quiet hour and guests were respectful and it was possible to fall asleep.

Cons: It’s not the property’s fault , just for me personally inconvenient factor was a supermarket which is located almost at the other end of the island and there is nothing closer to the hotel to purchase small snacks or water for example, but practice makes it perfect.
