Mixed experience

Pros: Location, clean, new. Owner is very hardworking. Owner met in airport. Clean towel. Close to beach and airport and center of Santa Cruz, restaurants, etc. owner is online all time.

Cons: Check in after 18-00 and Check out max 10-00, owner started to clean my room 9-00, as other guy checked out 8, while I tried to work online. 9-30 internet(wifi) stopped, so I cannot work anymore, I checked out 9-47, and when I was leaving room, owner showed that internet started to work again))) You cannot close your room, so you hope all your stuff stays ok while you are away. I kept my laptop and passport all time with me. Keys to building work with hard try. Room has no place to put cloths, just beds and table. Shower tap is fixed with plastic fixers, so some acrobatic skills needed. In WC I would put maybe one shampoo. No separate room to eat, so you eat sitting on your bed. Overall in Italy or Spain you get other hostel experience for -50% price, but well, here is island in Atlantic ocean.

Pros: The very kind owner helped me with a lot of information, he has a very high-performance scooter, with very low consumption! a special person

Cons: You couldn't wash clothes, it was probably written in the offer but I didn't read it, although I accepted it anyway, so it's not a major problem!

Friendly host and close to airport

Pros: The host was amazingly Friendly en helpfull and replied very quickly. Close to the airport.

Cons: I couldn't get the frontdoor open in the middle of the night and had to text the host. After 10mins I finakky got in. But the host even came to check in the middle the night, so friendly!!

Pros: I stayed here the night before my flight, and it was absolutely perfect – very close to the airport, which made everything so easy and stress-free. I was a bit nervous at first because I had never shared a room with a stranger before, but everything turned out great. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and I actually slept very well. I felt safe the entire time. What made it even better was the host – extremely helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything I needed. You can tell he really cares about his guests and wants them to feel welcome. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a safe, clean and convenient place before or after a flight.

Amazing host.

Pros: Great location for airport and bus shuttle offered. I left at 4:45am for €4.99 via the host. Excellent service. Rooms are small but perfect for single stay

Pros: The owner is very polite, will help you solve your question or problem, the apartments are very clean and pleasant to stay in.

Cons: pas d'emplacement pour ranger les affaire 50cm entre le fond du mur et le lit - 50cm avec le lit du voisin - interdiction de laver et sécher le linge dont serviette de toilette

Pros: Proprietario foi super simpatico comigo. cheguei a uma hora tardia e estava num quarto compartilhado, então ofereceu-me um quarto que não tinha ninguem para ficar mais confortável e não incomodar quem já estava a dormir no outro quarto e ao mesmo tempo ter mais privacidade e conseguir fazer mais barulho sem incomodar ninguem. Agradeço a simpatia

Cons: o quarto tem apenas o basico; cama e uma luz. casa de banho limpa. masd não esperem um hostel tipico
