Comfortable stay in Madeira

Pros: The hotel is in a very convenient location, central and close to everything. Room was comfortable and large, with small private balcony. Good breakfast.

Cons: Bathroom wasn’t pristine but still pretty clean.

Excellent service and good value for money

Pros: My friend and I enjoyed our stay, the staff are friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Marcio, Paulo and Afonso for giving us detailed information regarding our stay and which activities and food around the area to check. Restaurant staff are very nice too and we loved the steak for our dinner. Indeed, Excellent service from all of the staff.

Great value for the money in a sunny, walkable area.

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly, skilled, and helpful. The breakfast had a great selection of food. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of shops and the beach.

Pros: The location within easy walking distance of the centre and old town. Breakfast was very good. Our room was comfortable and clean and the balcony was a real plus.

Cons: The roof bar was totally lacking in atmosphere and very expensive compared to local bars
