Pros: Location are perfect. Facilities are good. The size of the room are great.

Cons: The beds could be some softer. Could be a double bed instead of a twin bed. So small things that could be better for our stay.

Pros: High quality hotel overall between the feel of it, the rooms, the facilities and the staff. Delighted with the option of a pool, ping pong and with beautiful views of the city of Funchal and the sea throughout the hotel.

Pros: The location is very good, the cleaners came every day and I liked that the hotel provided a little extra treat and message for my final night. I love little touches like that. Also, the breakfast was decent, and I really enjoyed the pool. The staff were very friendly and I would recommend this hotel to people considering going to Madeira. I found the bed very comfortable, and the pillows were decent, so I had a very good night of sleep each night of my stay.

Cons: I liked most things, but there was a smell emanating from the sink (I think it is the sink) in room 214. Initially, it was quite off-putting, but I got used to it. It hit you more as you entered the room. However, I liked everything about the hotel, but please see what the smell is about
