Pros: The room had a beautiful view to the sea, location of the hotel is great. A lot of bars and restaurants at walkong distance. The staff was super nice, everthing was clean and in good conditions. Highly recommend!!

Cheap accommodation in a good area, spa not great

Pros: The area, the free WiFi, the complimentary water in the lobby, the online check-in, the kitchenette, the balcony

Cons: Rooms are not soundproof, there were no garbage bags in the bin, the sauna and steamroom were not working throughout our stay, the water in the jacuzzi was merky, no supervision of the pool with kids jumping in amking it impossible to swim

Pros: Lovely views, comfortable studio apartment, very comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, lovely terrace bar and good breakfast choices

Pros: The bed is very comfortable. Our room had the nice balcony with the view of the ocean. The clothes closet need a little updating and looked old amidst the overall set-up of the unit. We highly recommend to avail of their Pequeno Almoco - daily breakfast buffet. It is worth it especially before exploring out.

Good hotel with good location

Pros: The hotel was excellent, especially the location. The staff were wonderful, and the breakfasts were great. There is both an outdoor pool and an indoor one in the spa area. The jacuzzi deserves special praise — a real highlight. Overall, it’s a very good option for the price.

Cons: there is quite a lot of renovation going on, including the hammam. The indoor pool was a bit cool, and parts of the hotel could use a refresh. However, these are minor issues because the hotel’s atmosphere and the staff truly make up for everything.

Pros: Excellent location, friendly staff. Stunning view to the ocean and the Funchal hills. Comfortable and pretty room. Events in the Hotel teras every evening, little pool and jacuzzi included. Absolutely would stay here again.

A happy stay in a beautiful island .

Pros: Clean room , comfortable bed. Cleaned everyday. Close to restaurants and buses into Funchal. Reception pleasant area and team available. Lifts work well . Nice views. Large selection of food at breakfast but drinks could have been nicer .

Cons: Open atrium - noise travels . Sauna closed for renovation and that would have been nice to use .

Pros: Rooms were very comfortable and serviced every day. There was a good choice of food at the buffet breakfast.

Cons: Could not find fault with anything.
