Excellent and imaginative menus provided daily with a huge range of choice.

Pros: We particularly enjoyed swimming in the sea water pools. There are three large pools outside which children do not have access to. Although winter time in February the pools were warmed by the sun from from noon onward. Exceptionally friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. Advice given on local bus routes as well as a range of bookable group trips.

Pros: The hospitality and the view from the room was amazing. I loved my stay at the hotel. The pools are amazing abd you also the option to go out in the ocean for a swim if you fancy it. They have a very good set of reastaurants and a spa.

Wonderful resort and staff, only thing they couldn’t guarentee was the weather…! 🙂

Pros: Second visit in over 10 years and same wonderful experience! I even remembered one extremely friendly staff member from my first trip. The guest relations were super helpful and gave us plenty of ideas - including celebrating Halloween 🎃

Overall, the vacation here was wonderful, I recommend it and I would like to stay here again.

Pros: The location is great, the staff are very friendly and helpful, wonderful restaurant by the pool, the food is delicious and the portions are very large, the prices are also pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. ISuch a nice welcome gift of fruit chocolate and wine! I

Cons: The facilities need more attention, for example one of the showers in the room didn't work, it's not critical but it's not 5 star level and the breakfast is very basic and not up to 5 star level.

Pros: Most of all the super staff (particularly the omelette chefs at breakfast and the staff in the pool restaurant) and its location is very good too.

Cons: Whilst the property itself is perfectly placed, sadly, since we last stayed in the hotel in 2012, the quality of sea water has deteriorated significantly. At certain times of the day there was a visible slick of what looked like effluent on the surface of the sea. This was very disappointing and is the reason we have decided not to return until the water quality improves.

Lovely room, great views and good location.

Pros: Beautiful room on the top floor. Great views. Good and plentiful food. Room was cleaned very well each day.

Cons: The room is lovely but needs some maintenance and updating - a walk in shower instead of climbing into the bath? Paintwork and wardrobe doors need painting and the rug in our room had a large stain on it.

Wonderful stay. Amazing breakfast

Pros: Breakfast is vast & selection is amazing. Pools are huge with the option to swing in clear Atlanic Ocean. Has a whale/ shark net. Room was huge with upgrade to 2 bedrooms. Staff very helpful. Double sinks in bathroom with lots of towels

Cons: Bathroom was tired. Shower in bath.

Pros: Beautiful location and lovely hotel in general would definitely visit again.

Cons: Only comment is that it was a little unfair they didn’t give you complimentary water with your evening meal. Other than this it was great.
