Pros: Location is fantastic, loads of restaurants nearby, walking distance of the marine...

Cons: Breakfast at 8:30am was cold, some areas would benefit from an upgrade.

A slice of Madeira heaven

Pros: Lovely friendly staff who were very helpful with any questions we had. Great selection for food for breakfast, we didn't do evening meals Bottled water every day in your fridge. Great facilities every where was really clean. Close the bars and restaurants.

Cons: The bathroom have a shower in the bath which is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Hotel is up a steep hill which is not easy to climb. It's a good 15 minutes walk into the port and on to city centre.

Pros: Spacious, cleanness, staff was great and the location was great

Cons: It was only last day the lift was not working and the stairs was dark at night to go up and down.

Pros: The friendliness of the staff was brilliant. Comfortable room, all the facilities we wanted, great gym and indoor pool. Outdoor pool and surrounding clean and great for catching the sun. Sea view too. Food largely buffet style but very good. Certainly stay here again.

Cons: Where could I get ice for my room.
