If you're visiting Funchal, try getting this apartment.

Pros: The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Recently renovated or built. In Feb 2026, furniture and appliances were essentially new. Well equipped kitchen and a small but pleasant backyard balcony. Excellent location in the heart of Funchal and a perfect starting point for explorations of the city and the island. Several cafes and garages within 5 minutes, which is quite convenient.

Pros: Host was friendly & quick to respond, flat was in a great location with a night shop below. It was clean & spacious with a great terrace.

Cons: Unfortunately it's right next to a fairly busy street, it can be noisy for those who like to sleep late.

Modern styled, centrally located apartment

Pros: The apartment was just as described and shown in the photos. Exceptionally clean, very well laid out and everything provided that could possibly be needed for our stay. Having coffee pods and also dishwasher tablets were nice touches. The aircons were much appreciated for the warm weather. Great location only a few mins walk from the city hall and the downtown area

Cons: Personally we didn’t find the double bed very comfortable to sleep in. I think it could be easily solved with a good mattress topper and possibly some options of softer pillows, however this may also just be a personal preference. The apartment could also be a little clearer signposted (which will possibly happen when the adjacent buildings are developed). Our bolt driver and we also struggled to find the apartment at 4am A little local information in the information booklet would have been a nice touch

Fantastic place for couples in a ideal location

Pros: Very clean and spacious studio apartment with full kitchen utensils, cooker, microwave and oven. It is located near the central area with the Funchal marine at walking distance and many parking areas around.

Great renovated AP near city center

Pros: Great little apartment, well renovated, located on a quiet street close to the center of the city. Good options nearby for renting a car, food, cheap parking. AC, hot shower, plenty of wardrobe space. Not very much to complain to be honest. Great place, 10/10
