Pros: Was taken to a different apartment block owned by the Same company. The flat was of a good standard with a good location. Clean and well serviced with clean towels etc every day. A great flat if you want to eat out for all your meals.

Cons: Cooking facilities were a little limited. It had adequate crockery and cutlery and pots and pans for two people. Coffee machine but no kettle, but got by with use of microwave. No instructions leaflet to use induction stove top. Small Fridge was full of alcohol bottles leaving little storage for food. The only bin was a little bin next to toilet.

Accommodation and location cannot be faulted, the best

Pros: It’s all about the location, location, location and it is ideally placed in the city centre with walkable access to everything. The balcony gave residents an opportunity to see the world go round. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities you may need. There was the welcome Madeira wine and two sweets

Pros: Stayed for 4 nights in September, central and good for a couple of days, generally decorated simply.

Cons: Received instruction on how to access everything pretty last minute and only after messaging and calling. Communication during the stay got better. No kitchen essentials provided like Salt/pepper/paper etc.

Pros: We really liked the location — it was convenient and made it easy to get to different places. There were plenty of shops nearby, and it was just a short walk to the old town and main attractions

Pros: Location, easy check-in and check-out, pretty quiet despite street noise. Cathedral bells start at 8.

Cons: The on-site parking is not on-site, it is 500 meters away in the Madeira Plaza and costs 14-18 euros per 24 hours. I recommend stopping in front of the apartment to unload and load luggages since dragging them 500 meters on cubblestone is not fun. The HVAC struggled keeping the studio cool, made noises too. Wobbly beds, two twins together.

The stay was comfortable and enjoyable - we certainly would like to stay in Largo de Chafariz again.

Pros: The location is the best - right in the center, easy walk to harbour and shops and buses. comfortable beds and a good air conditioner (it was quite hot and humid in August). Has fridge, microwave, toaster and electric water kettle. We did not use the stove.

Cons: Attention from the Company.

A must stay, comfortable and close to everything!

Pros: You couldn’t ask for a better location and better hosts. Everyone must book this apartment, everything is walkable and Jorge was the best driver ever, Andre and Teresa were professional, kind and patiently answered all my questions. I should note that we came to Madeira with just our carry- ons due yo the Tap Portugal baggage claim strike and STILL this was our favourite part of our trip! Can I rate it an 11/10? Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cons: One of my grown kids did have to use a mattress that rolled out of the bottom of a sofa bed with a duvet that had a few stains.
