Pros: The apartment was spacious, in a great location and well accessorized. The dishwasher was a very nice plus.

Awesome and quite place to spend vacation time

Pros: The apartment is located right on the beach with awesome view on ocean. Apartments include everything needed for stay (long or short it doesnt matter). Near are a few restaurants, but on Bolt you can get to any of you wish. Special thank you to Nicollete who helped me to get cup with Ronaldo from apartment (my son forget it there) and to orginaze delivery to my frind and me.

Pros: Pool and sea view from the terrace is beautiful. There was always a place to park near the building in October. The apt was fully equipped - dishwasher, washing mashine, toaster... Even tea, and a wine makes us to feel welcome an comfortable.

Cons: Double bed was a little uncomfortable, but the owner provided quickly another bed.

Excellent apartment with great views

Pros: The views and location were great. Beach just in front of the apartment and closeby you can find some natural pools.

Cons: The location is not that close to the centre of the city. A car was useful to move around.

Pros: Die Lage direkt an der Fussgängerpromenade. Vom Balkon die Meersicht. Nähe zu Funchal. Sauberer Swimmingpool und gepflegter Garten. Kleine Bar direkt in der Nähe der Wohnung. Unkomplizierte Wohnungsabgabe. Direkt bei der Übergabe die Abgabe besprechen, ansonsten kommt die Info erst am Abreisetag, was für uns zu spät gewesen wäre.

Cons: Die Schlafzimmer haben zwar Fenster, aber die führen in einen mit einem Gitter und Blachen verschlossenen Raum. Somit leider keine Frischuft. Es hat einen Ventilator doch frische Luft fehlt. Die Adresse war für den Taxifahrer nicht klar: unbedingt angeben dass es sich um den Atlantic Garden handelt, dann ist es klar. Die Abfallstation im Gang hinter den Schlafzimmern war laut. Viele Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Pool defekt.
