Great time in this property.

Pros: Really very cozy apartment, location is great, close to beach, breakfast excellent!

Cons: Hard to park car close to apartment.

fine for what we needed

Pros: Very quaint and I am sure would be beautiful in summer. parking was difficult as no space on the road below. had to leave car at friends house further behind. Breakfast was fine but no communication from staff just left to find things for our selves

Cons: didn’t like the key box system as struggled it opened it in the pouring rain

Pros: Loved everything about this small bed and breakfast. The house has really spacious common areas. Loads of comfortable seating options, a fully equiped kitchen and a lovely breakfast in the morning.

Authentic and a best place to be.

Pros: The authentic lokal Madeira ambiance. The view from the terrace and the garden where I have breakfast is just spectacular! The house itself is full of character, has this home vibe. Very accommodating and quality service from the housekeeper. Located Near the natural beach, where you can hear the soft waves waking you up in the morning. Meeting friendly lokals on the street are just amazing.

One of the best places I ever stayed while travelling

Pros: We really love the location as just a few minutes away from the black beach. The house itself is huge and our room was very good. That was everything you need a cat hairdryer. The bathroom was clean. The the property looks like the museum honestly because there are many beautiful items you can find hanging on the walls or placed around the house. We truly enjoyed our day and we felt like we were at someone’s home which made it even cosier.

Cons: Everything was perfect

Pros: Casa das Videiras was a wonderful place to stay at! Perfectly located near Seixal Beach, with a supermarket just up the street, it offered both convenience and charm. The rooms were cozy, with stunning views. It truly felt like a special place — warm, welcoming, and full of local character and history.

Nice stay

Pros: Traditional house made into 4 bedrooms bnb, very nice! Natalia, the housekeeper, was available for our check in and overall very kind; her breakfast was excellent

Cons: There were a lot of mosquitoes, remember to roll down the mosquitoes nets (which are installed)

Pros: Best accomodation in Seixal. Very kind and flexible staff, good breakfast, comfy bed, big house, great terrace.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The location and the proximity to the beach. The style of the house and the overall feeling. Good location to explore that part of the island.

Cons: Our room( no 4) was kind of small and uncomfortable, without much space to put your things, window close to a street that can get loud.

Lovely property close to the beach

Pros: It was a lovely traditional home. The room had airconditioning and good facilities. The breakfast was good and it was really nice to have a view. The property is really close to seixal beach and you have a nice garden.

Cons: It was self check in and check out so we didn’t see anyone from the property at all They mentioned available parking, however it is very busy at seixal beach parking so if you arrive during the day it might be that you have to park your car at 15 minutes walking distance.
