Great 4✨️ hotel in Santa Cuz!

Pros: Staff was really helpful and kind. Loved that I could chill, rooms are sound proof I think because I couldn't hear my neighbours or any noise from the street. This was important to me as I could really rest and have a deep sleep. Felt like I was really on holiday. Thank you! Bed was great, hot shower! All good.

Fantastic hotel in Santa Cuz

Pros: I really liked how this place makes me feel, relaxed and like everything is alright. The atmosphere of this place makes me want to return, I can rest properly because rooms are quiet, comfortable bed and plenty of space. Rooms are cleaned every day, spotlessly clean. I got help from staff regarding bus service and everything has been taken care of whatever I've asked. Breakfast was delicious. Location is great, just walk less than 5 minutes to the beach, since I love swimming that was important to me. Thank you!

Cons: Since this was december and there is no heating in the rooms, had to ask for another blanket. But that was sorted. The facilities could be more updated.

A very nice hotel for a fair price.

Pros: The best were very comfortable, we had a beautiful view to watch the planes landing and overall it’s a nice located hotel. We would definitely book it again.

Close to the airport

Pros: The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of all the vibrant spots in the quaint town of Santa Cruz. Overall, we loved our stay!

Cons: No coffee in the bedroom . Breakfast was not great and starts a bit late, which can be inconvenient if you have an early flight.

Very beautiful hotel and it is super convenient of you need quick access to and from the airport.

Pros: 24/7 reception is helpful. We arrived after midnight and this was an important reason to book the hotel. Location was very good - about 5 min by taxi from the Funchal airport. Beautiful design and decor in the hotel. Room is spacious.

Cons: Could have some more amenities such as a kettle but there a fridge and breakfast was conclusive.

Nice value hotel 5 minute drive from the airport

Pros: Very conveniently located if you need to stay a night or two near the airport. The breakfast buffet was nice and adequate. Room was simple and large with comfortable bed. I was only there for a short stay so didn’t use any of the other facilities.
