Quality hotel close to nature

Pros: The room was good. The surroundings worked for us - quiet, peaceful. Breakfast offered a good variety.

Cons: Coffee needs an improvement, for a 4 star hotel it was underwhelming. Also the pillows… but it was passable for just a few nights.

Pros: The hotel is wonderful. We liked everything. It’s great that there is an opportunity to use the pool when it rains and also the gym. I also really liked the animals that live on the property and the fact that they are well taken care of. The goats and sheep are very cute. It’s also great that the weather in this area is fresh — an excellent option to escape the heat.

a very nice expierence and relaxing time just before we left for the airport

Pros: RESTAURANT: foods were just excellent BED was very comfortable: we had in total 4 different hotels in Madeira and in this hotel the beds were the best, the most comfortable the RECEPTIONIST was very nice, kind and helpful my and my son enjoyed the POOL very much as well there is a lovely GARDEN by it and cute little farm, we are in love with the white hairy rabbit they have! I chose this hotel close to the airport for the last night, just to take a break from all the activities and to slow down, it fullfilled my expectations

Cons: I was surprised there was NO ELEVATOR, I had a heavy luggage, at the end the receptionist helped me kindly to carry the luggage up to the stairs I cannot remember anything else that I would not like! perhaps t this a bit feeling we are lost in the hotel, but it was due to the fact we did not meet many guests in the area and you have an impression it is so spacius (I have seen some comments in the evaluation that hotel is rather \

Pros: It has its own little garden with some animals. The whole hotel is very quiet and peacefull. The wellness has 2 nice sauna and a pool. We got an upgrade to a suite because all of our original rooms were already occupied.
