Our stay was great and I recommend it.

Pros: Good rooms and space for my family. I needed everything for my stay. The staff are so lovely and help in everything that we need. We requested early check in and late check out and they provided it to us. And it made their check out might more relaxed.

Cons: Could use new furniture (sofa) and newer TVs

Good apartments, good location. Good for families.

Pros: Size of the apartment and location close to the beach.

Cons: We have two babies, and we had to pay extra 10€ per cot, per day. An absurdity. Also, the bed mattresses we uncomfortable.

Helpful staff and good valeu for the money

Pros: The staff is very helpful. I had a couple of needs due to work and a flight cancelation and they helped straight away. Good value for the money

Cons: The mattress needs to be replaced and a few other small things like the sun hat.

Great stay on Porto Santo would highly recommend!

Pros: Location, close to beach and a short walk to main area. Pool was great. Gym facilities great as well. Able to check in early and check out late free of charge. Very friendly people.

Cons: Nothing, some features look a bit old fashioned but it everything was functional

Pros: Gostei do apartamento, são muito espaçosos. Boa energia, boa localização e o profissionalismo da Sofia, foi muito excelente.

Cons: Há que rever os sofás que estão muito maus e sujos. Grata as funcionárias que arranjaram um lençol para cobrir o sofá. O mesmo se passa com as janelas que precisam de ser revistas para que se consiga abrir.
