Casa da Tia Clementina

Pros: We had a generally pleasant stay and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was nice and comfortable; however, we noticed several spiderwebs and quite a few spiders, which made it feel like the room had not been properly cleaned. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, but the selection was rather small and limited. Overall, a decent stay with some positives, but there is definitely room for improvement in cleanliness and breakfast variety.

Authentic & rustic Madeiran property

Pros: •\tBeautiful traditional house with gardens and a cow. Our room was on the first floor with a terrace. There is also a big common room where breakfast is served. •\tQuiet location with a nice view over the ocean •\tFriendly staff •\tSpacious rooms with comfortable beds and pillows •\tGood internet •\tA lot of parking space (you definitely need a car to reach this place)

Cons: •\tLimited breakfast •\tThe rooms would benefit from a bit of renovation

Pros: A characterful, traditional old property with a very pretty garden, a few minutes walk from Santana's historic houses and local restaurants. Spacious bedrooms, a games room with snooker table, and a kitchen available for self-catering. Breakfast was ample and served in a beautiful room.

Cons: The bathrooms were a bit faded but functional with of hot water in the showers.

Nice stay in Santana

Pros: Good location with a well preserved garden. The common areas were spacious and cosy. The breakfast was satisfactory with different options available. There is also enough space to park the car.

Cons: The room door wasn't soundproof at all. You could hear what was happening outside the room. A refreshment of the room's furniture would make it much better.

Nice located old building full of atmosphere with friendly staff.

Pros: Very nice located. Nice to have a little patio to sit outside. Oceanview is beautiful. Staff where very welcoming and kind. Also the lady at the breakfast was very helpfull and nice. The whole building has a nice atmosphere.

Pros: Very quiet place. Ideal to rest and enjoy the nature… wish we could stay a bit longer

Cons: When booking the place I would avoid room no1. It Is very close to the kitchen and you can hear all the noise from before 8am

Nice villa for people who like peace and quiet

Pros: A beautifully styled old home interior, comfy room, big bathtube, hair dryer, big parking in front of the house, nice and profesional lady in reception desk.

Cons: The breakfast is very small, with no veggies.

Charming and cozy bed & breakfast in Santana

Pros: My stay at Casa da Tia Clementina was very pleasant. The room was spacious and had all facilities that I needed. The whole property is very nicely decorated and cozy. The living/ breakfast room is very spacious and inviting to hang out and so is the beautiful garden. The breakfast was tasty and I especially appreciated scrambled eggs that friendly staff made freshly for the guests. There is sufficient parking spaces at the property. The location in Santana is a great point for discovering the north coast of Madeira. Thanks to the owners and the staff for making my stay comfortable. Highly recommended!
