Pros: Had the best 3 nights stay rooms very comfortable and staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Satisfied and happy.

Pros: Loved the breakfast, saunas and indoor pool. The roof terrace was extra lovely in the evenings. A good selection of towels for every need. The conditioner worked well, we had good air quality and felt warm.

Cons: The bed for kids could be much better. It had wheels, that kept coming off and it had extra hard mattress. The get into and out of the garage was a bit challenge.

Good hotel but needs some improvement

Pros: It’s a new property, good location, breakfast was good, room was comfortable and very quiet.

Cons: Cleanliness was the problem. Lots of dust in my room. Spa area was also quite dirty at times. Steam room didn’t work properly and sauna wasn’t hot enough.

A great hotel that will get better with more experience.

Pros: Loved the reception staff and the spa manager. Indoor pool and sauna were great. Breakfast was of a good quality.

Cons: Service at the bars, apart from the final night, was painfully slow. I’m guessing these staff members need some more training.

Pros: Very nice and clean place and rooms are very big. New place and we love little spa they have and roof top 🤩breakfast very good 😊 very nice reception and people was very kind.

Cons: Only one person making omelet and pancakes and fried eggs. It can get busy and waiting time is long. But he was very good 👍🏻 Roof top need more sun beds because 6 for all hotel is not enough and some people also reserve them but they was not there.

Pros: The location was amazing and the rooms were spacious and having a balcony was really nice. The hotel was brand new and the staff were excellent.

Cons: The cleaning from a day to another was not the greatest ever and the toilet smelled of pipes at one point.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, brand new I like the design everything was really stylish. Breakfast was awesome a lot of choices and service was always very nice. Thank You for the birthday suprise.

Lovely place and staff were top notch,very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Breakfast was exceptional. There was a comprehensive selection of food available.

Cons: All was good maybe Gym was a bit on small side.

Pros: The hotel is placed near a shopping mall and the sea promenade. Also, to the center of Funchal it's about 40 min light walk. - The staff was friendly and eager to help

Cons: We didn't have slippers in the room and we had to ask from the reception. - The breakfast was decent, but the coffee was horrible (instant coffee) and also there wasn't an option for tea, we had to ask for a tea every morning to be brought to the table. - The street parking near the hotel is way cheaper: about 3 euros, but it's kind of hard to find a spot. The hotel parking is 15 euros per night.
