Pros: Staff were all super friendly. Check out was 13 but I flight wasn't until 4 and they offered to look after our luggage as well as continue to use the pool area until we left. Also excellent location, maybe the closest hotel to Funchal that has water access? Either way, great location and value for money. We've stayed here twice and I hope to return again!

Pros: It was really lovely. The staff were friendly, the pool area was large and the breakfast was yummy. Having your eggs made fresh was a real treat.

Pros: Just about everything. Staff were particularly excellent. Both engaging and informative.

Cons: Would have liked a harder mattress as I have back problems which got worse over the week.

Quaint Hotel in a great location, direct access to the sea with a big swimming pool.

Pros: Great location, close to the sea, direct access to the water to swim and walking distance of city centre. Lots of restaurants close by. Quite hotel. Large bedroom and bathroom with a nice balcony with sea view.
