Good location and friendly accommodation

Pros: Great location, near the Santa Catarina park and lots of restaurants. Could stroll down to the old town too. Staff all very friendly and always helpful. Good balcony space with good views to the ocean. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Cons: Nothing!

A very nice stay

Pros: An excellent base for My two week visit in Madeira. The staff was véry friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, expecially the bed and pillows, cleanlineless at a very good level. The breakfast was ok and atmosphere in the breakfast room nice and quiet.

Pros: Bright Star is perfectly located, short walk from the hustle of the town. Large rooms, beautifully decorated and super clean. Big powerful shower.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, everything was perfect — highly recommended!

Pros: - room was quite big - we stayed on the first floor above the reception so we had good wifi connection. - staff was friendly - it's a small hotel - nice swimmingpool and lounge chairs outside - clean - extensive breakfast (warm dishes, bread, fruits, cereal...)

Cons: - rooms had different sized balcony?
