Great attention to detail, and wonderful friendly staff made this a memorable holiday.

Pros: Old school elegance and comfort. Wonderful to have two outdoor heated swimming pools in February.

Cons: Nothing really. Maybe update the bathroom and have a walk in shower instead of a shower in the bath tub.

Another memorable visit to one of our favourite hotels.

Pros: Reid’s Palace is an exceptional hotel, as you might expect from the Belmond Group. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are extremely comfortable to a high standard.

Cons: Some people may find the Edwardian aesthetic and facilities not to their taste, but this is part of its essential charm.

Pros: The most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed. I don’t think there is anything that wasn’t world class. The views and aesthetics are really breathtaking and the staff is also outstanding
